NEWTON NURSERY

Newton Nursery has been in its present location since 2006; previously we operated as Rainbow Pre-school from the community centre in Newton. In 2021 we were rated as good by Ofsted.

The right people to work in childcare are people who love children, understand the way they think and are qualified to facilitate the stages of their growth. All our staff hold first-aid qualifications, DBS certificates and Food Safety qualifications, these are refreshed and updated on a regular basis to ensure outstanding care.

The staff work in partnership with parents, local educators, healthcare professionals and other childcare authorities to ensure the best all-round care for every child in the setting.

We believe that every child thrives best with continuity of care, which is why we have a key worker system, this allows the children to establish relationships with their key worker and to optimise the communication-feedback relationship with the parents/carers.

Open during term time only:

Monday to Friday 8.50am to 11.50am for children aged 2 to starting school. We welcome children from the surrounding area.
